Waaahhh... AYTR Buka Puasa Gathering

Before I begin, allow me to brief you with a little jargon of AYTR...

AYTR: stands for Alumni Yayasan Tun Razak. Members consist of those who have attended Program Kepimpinan Tun Razak, which is held every year.

That's the only jargon. Hehehehe...

Anyways, Chyuan and I went to a breaking of fast event organized by AYTR. Since we just had our SAT, and since we desperately need to untwine our heads, so we decided to go to the Sri Damansara Club. Hehehe...

When we wanted to take the 'reliable' Rapid KL to go there, suddenly Najah, one of our dearest PKTR 06 friends, volunteered to fetch us along. Save money!! Hehehe....

When we reached the Club, the event had actually started, and our ears caught a dulcet of gendang being played. Eager to know what's happening, we rushed to see the performance.

And I was utterly bewildered. Seriously.

What lay upon my eyes was totally unbelieveable. The kids from the orphanage were performing a nasyid song, and they played the music on their own.

But what attracted me most was the drummer. He was barely 100 cm, yet his hands were so fast and so agile that he played the gendang very well. Truth to be told, I've never seen any drummer as talented as he is, and he's very proficient in gendang playing!! Trust me. He was really good...

And so, as soon as the azan was heard, all of us started eating. You should be there. I didn't manage to take photos of our food, because I was soooo hungry. Understandable, eh? Hehehehe....

Then, the prize-giving ceremony was held, and we were giving the new baju raya to those orphans, with some 'angpau'. Proceeded with the photography session, the event just ended with a humble thanks and hand-shaking session. It was that short....

Well, since the event finished early, all the 'surviving' PKTRians 2006 took the rare opportunity to socialize and have fun. Since some of us haven't been meeting each other for almost 9 months, we had a very merry moment, laughing our heart out and whatnot.

Teeettt!!!!! Teeeettt....Teeetttt!!!!!!

Dating, a macha...... Hehehehe...

Najah, I know the food was nice, but that's not a reason for you to be THAT sleepy. Hehehehe...

What a nice way of relieving stress after the whole work for SAT...
