There Is Always Hope

...and I firmly believe in this statement.

If you ask me, hope is the only thing that makes me go onin doing whatever I'm doing, despite the incessant waves of predicaments, obscuring my way to success.

Just take a moment, and think of what would have happened if the word 'H.O.P.E' had not existed.

It is a very fine afternoon.

As you flip through the brown pages of your favorite dictionary, there is a gap between "hop" and the "hopper".


All of the sudden, as if on cue, a surge of cacophony conquers the air of your neighborhood, terrorizing each and every resident. Your mother, who always wears a smile on her face, curses you angrily for not tidying your room, while your brothers quarrel, hitting each other with baseball bats. As you ignore your mother's ridiculous whining, you dash to the playground.


You gasp. Everything is not the same anymore.


Jet fighters are sailing in the air, dancing in unintelligible formations, vomitting a heavy rain of rockets.


No electricity.


Shops are closed, while people are rushing in to get whatever that are in the store.
As clueless as you were 10 minutes ago, you remember a place that you cherish the most.


Your school.


Your juniors are lying on the floor, unconcious. Teachers are assisting everyone in evacuating the buldings, but right before your very own eyes, the rockets plummeted to the roof of the clasroom block, obliterating everything.


And everyone.


What is going on?

Okay, right this second, you would have said, "Celaka, over-over...", but heck, this instance is not bad at all. In fact, in this chaotic world we are living, this situation might happen any time.


When people lose hope, they forget that even the tiniest light shines in the darkest place, just like the stars in the sky.


If not because of "hope":

~Our parents would not have worked so hard to earn a living, and school us.~

~You would not have burned midnight oil for your UPSR, PMR, SPM, SAT, *yadayadayada* and the list goes on...~

~The word "kiasu" would not have existed.~

~Naruto would not have looked for Sasuke, despite the dangers along his journey.~

~Kurosaki Ichigo would not have infiltrated Las Noches to save Orihime~

~Itachi would not have transfered his Amareterasu to Sasuke *warning: SPOILERS. Please highlight to read.~

~Dumbledore would not have sacfiriced his life~

~Pendragon would not have done the craziest things to save the territories.~

~PSD (just in case, Public Service Department) would not have given 2000 oversea scholarship awards for the year 2007.~


Well, talking about hope, this post might become a divergent one, since we can never justify the importance in believing in hope.


Lord Vordemort, Saint Dane, and Orochimaru have learned their lesson for not believing in hope.
